Client Responsibilities

*Please provide accurate information regarding your hair preferences.

*Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Hair MUST be blown out from roots to end. Hair that is not clean or blown out, will be cancelled and charged cancellation fee.

*Hair must be 3-4 inches, all around, to book an appointment.

Children

*Children must be able to cooperate during their service. If child is uncooperative during their service, the appointment will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY! and charged the cancellation fee.

*If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please inform me within a 24-hour frame so that I can resolve any issues promptly. I want you to love your braids!

Hair Product & Services

*Braiding hair is included with all styles, except soft/butterfly locs and afro hair. 

*Available colors are 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, and 30. Additional colors are stocked upon request only.

*Professional-grade products are used, but if you have any allergies or sensitivities, please inform me in advance.
