Q: What is the minimum age that you will service?
A: My minimum age limit is 3 years old. Please do not book if your child will not sit still during their appointment.
Q: Do/will you travel to clients?
A: For an additional fee, I will travel for clients that cannot walk up the stairs to the shop or disabled and confined to their place of residence.
Q: Does my deposit go towards my style?
A: Yes, the deposit does go towards your style.
Q: Can I pay the full amount for my appointment when i book?
A: No, you cannot. It is policy that only the deposit is due when you book your appointment. Remaining balance is charged once your appointment is marked completed. Q: Can I drop my child off to their appointment or do I have to sit with them?
A: It is perfectly fine for you to drop your child off; they will be taken care of. But you are also welcomed to sit with your child if that's what you prefer.
Q: Can I bring my own hair to my appointment?
A: Yes, you can bring your own hair, but I like to braid with a certain type of hair. It works better for my fingers/hands. Unfortunately, bringing your own hair will not change the price of your style.
